I was born and raised in Portland, Oregon. My grandma was an avid cat lover and she was always making it a point to ensure I was too. It worked! Years ago, I had a paraplegic cat, “Scoots”, that required intensive care, which is what drove me to become a veterinary technician and drove me to seek integrative care for my pets. I graduated from the PCC Vet Tech Program in 2007 and became a CVT the same year. What I enjoy most about my job is getting to know our clients, their pets and watching their special bond. I also have a special interest in anesthesia.
I spend my free time with my husband, kids (1 adult & 1 teen), 3 cats and 1 dog! We spend our time together cooking, taking walks, watching football and exploring the trails and parks of Oregon. I enjoy time in my garden, riding my bike, and reading a good book on the couch with a cat on my lap.
